About Me

The silent old Popeye, one of our nicest and gentle dogs! He may be blind but he manages to find his own around the shelter with ease! Its almost a little funny to turn around and see him suddenly appearing from nowhere. You will never hear him coming but he always finds a way!

Popeye was found near a pond where he was meant to drown in, with a horrible eye infection and a nasty hole in his forehead. He would have died if we did not find him in time and lucky for him that we could take him to the vet! He may not be able to see but he doesn’t let that stop him. He is sweet to the staff and plays nice with the other dogs too! Coming from such tragedy, it is just wonderful that now he can live without fear at the shelter and surrounded by people who wish nothing more than to help him.

He is put in the sponsorship list because of his blindness. Adoption will be difficult and may stress Popeye out to travel somewhere unfamiliar when he is blind.adoption should stay within Thailand
